Shipping and Delivery Policy

GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS

We only accept orders for delivery to addresses in mainland Portugal. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses or outside Portuguese territory. For information on deliveries outside Portugal, please contact us via email or phone from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Free delivery and return shipping for orders over 500 euros. For orders totaling less than 500 euros, shipping charges will apply as described at the time of online checkout.

We process all confirmed orders within 72 hours (3 business days) for items in stock, provided the order is confirmed by 1:00 PM (business days).

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). If we encounter any issues with your order, you will be contacted. Typically, the order will arrive the next day after you receive the email confirming that it has been shipped along with the tracking link. Please note that deliveries may take longer for certain remote areas or if your order requires additional security validation. In any case, we aim to deliver all products within 30 days after sending the order confirmation.

All our shipments are weighed before dispatch and insured against theft/loss.

All shipments require an adult (18 years or older) signature upon delivery. After the adult’s signature confirming the acceptance of the delivered product, responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you specified a third party as the recipient for delivery purposes (e.g., as a gift), then you understand and agree that evidence of a signature by this recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sales contract by WHStore and the transfer of responsibility to the recipient, as if the product had been delivered to you.

We recommend inspecting the package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it; in case of tampering with the packaging, we ask that you refuse to accept it.

 

PICKING UP AN ORDER IN A STORE

If you wish to pick up your order at a WHStore in Porto, you must present:

  1. Order confirmation email.
  2. Official photo ID (Citizen Card or Passport).
  3. Proof and method of payment used for the order.

If you wish for a third party to pick up your order, they must:

  1. Present copies of the documents mentioned above and a signed authorization statement from you, mentioning the order details.

All confirmed orders for items in stock will be available for pickup within 48 hours (2 business days) if confirmed by 1:00 PM (business days). WHStore will hold your order for 15 days, after which it will be canceled.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order delivery is delayed, please contact us via email or phone. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the package contents. If there is any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please immediately notify WHStore, which commits to returning any incorrect or non-compliant products in accordance with our exchange and returns policy and applicable legislation.

As a consumer, you have legal rights concerning any products not delivered within the 30-day period.

We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations under an order caused by events beyond our control (force majeure). Force majeure includes any act, event, failure to exercise, omission, or accident that is beyond our control, including, but not limited to:

  1. General strike, or other forms of protest significantly affecting the country.
  2. Public disturbance, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic, or any other natural disaster.
  4. Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of transport, public or private.
  5. Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
  6. Situations of officially recognized pandemic.
  7. Epidemics, pandemics, or other analogous health situations.

Our obligations arising from contracts are considered suspended for the period during which force majeure events occur, and we will benefit from an extension of the period to fulfill such obligations equal to the duration of the force majeure events. We will use all reasonable means to end the force majeure events or find a solution that allows us to fulfill our contractual obligations despite the force majeure events.
