Return and Exchange Policy

As a consumer, you have the legal right to exchange and/or return all or part of your order for any reason at any time up to 14 days after receiving the ordered items, according to Law No. DL n.24/2014 of February 14, as amended by Law DL n.47/2014 of July 28. Your legal right to cancel does not apply to products that have been engraved, customized, specially ordered, or sealed if the seal has been broken.

After this period, returns and exchanges are only permitted in the case of defects or non-conformity under Article 4, No. 1 of DL n.67/2003 of April 8 and Article 17, No. 1 of DL n.24/2014 of February 14.

When returning items from your order, after they have been received and approved by WHStore staff, we will refund the price paid for the products within a maximum of 30 days from the day we receive the items at our facilities, using the same payment method that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction.

 

1. Visa/Mastercard/Paypal: The refund amount will be automatically credited to the Credit Card or Paypal account used in the order.

2. Payment by Multibanco reference, MBWay, or debit card: bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer in the withdrawal form.

We are legally authorized to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of any product caused by your excessive handling of the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded (except when returning a defective or non-conforming product, in which case we will pay for the return shipping) when your original order totaled less than 500 euros.

WHStore also reserves the right to refuse the return if the returned items do not meet the following requirements:

1. Returns and/or exchanges of personalized items or items with a broken protective seal are not accepted.

2. Items purchased in physical stores can only be returned to the respective store.

3. The maximum return/exchange period from the date of receipt of the item must be respected in accordance with legal terms.

4. To process the return and exchange, the return form that was sent with the order must always be presented, completed, and signed.

5. To process the exchange or return of the item, all elements provided with it (including respective packaging and any accessories) must be:

• Each item must be in perfect condition with the protective films as delivered, without any signs of use, in the original packaging, and all accessories that accompanied it at the time of purchase: Manual, tags, original warranty, bags, brochures, box, or any other related certificate.

• Exchanges or returns of products showing signs of use or misuse (including, without limitation, scratches, signs of falls, bumps or "knocks", and signs of moisture in products that are not water-resistant) or with a broken protective seal will not be accepted.

To return or exchange items from your order, you only need to contact us about your decision, as long as the above conditions are met. The easiest way to do this is to fill out the withdrawal form and send it to us along with a copy of the invoice and a contact phone number to proceed with the item collection process. To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

 

HOW TO RETURN VIA POSTAL SERVICE

To help us handle your returns efficiently, please contact us via email or phone, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30, and inform us of the items you wish to return before sending them, as follows:

 

1. Send us the completed withdrawal form along with a copy of the invoice and a contact phone number so we can proceed with the item collection process.

2. WHStore will arrange for the item to be collected on the date and time indicated by you. WHStore will cover the costs of the first return and purchases originally above 500 euros.

3. After analysis by WHStore staff, and if the returned products meet the above conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

4. The item(s) shipped by you should be sent to the following address:

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection by WHStore staff before being officially accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt, certificates, and packaging. When an item is not returned in its original condition, we are legally allowed to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned item caused by your handling or excessive use (including, for example, any loss or damage to the item, its presentation box, or any certificate).

You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the products (except when returning a defective or non-conforming product) when your purchase totals less than 500 euros. In this case, we recommend sending the item to be returned by insured postal package for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment, as WHStore will not be liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transport. Be sure to include the original sales invoice and all original packaging, certificates, and other attachments.

Online exchanges will always imply returning the item(s) and making a new purchase. Any return that does not comply with the above terms will be at the sole risk of the customer in question, and WHStore disclaims any future indemnity or other responsibility in the process.

 

HOW TO RETURN IN WHStore STORES

Products purchased online can be returned or exchanged at WHStore's physical store in Porto; to do this, the customer must:

1. Present the documents: Completed withdrawal form, original warranty certificate, original invoice, and the items in perfect condition, as described in the above conditions.

2. After analysis by WHStore staff, and if the returned products meet all the above conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

In the exchange, provided that the above terms and conditions are met, you may choose any other product in the physical store, provided that it is of equal or greater value or, alternatively, request the issuance of a credit for the purchase value that will allow you to make a new purchase in-store within a maximum of 12 months. The purchase credit cannot be used for online purchases.
